Within the scope of Istanbul Seismic Risk Mitigation and Emergency Preparedness Project (ISMEP), the contract for “Consultancy Services for Design and Construction Supervision of Public Buildings in Istanbul” was signed between Koltek Müşavirlik A.Ş. + Uygur Mimarlık Ltd. Şti. Joint Venture and IPCU (Istanbul Project Coordination Unit) on 04.09.2015 in İstanbul.
The Project consists of design, construction supervision and defects liability services for 45 public buildings.
Phase I – Services Required For Preparation for Construction Works (for 40 schools and 4 governmental buildings)

• Tender documents for works contract

Phase II – Supervision of Construction Works and Engineering Services
