The definition of business:
The Government of Azerbaijan received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Second National Water Supply and Sanitation Project, which includes the contracts for “Construction of Water Supply, Waste Water Systems and Waste Water Treatment Plant in Ismayilli Rayon” and “Construction of Water Supply, Waste Water Systems and Waste Water Treatment Plant in Aghsu Rayon”. The general objective of the Project is to improve the availability, quality, reliability, and sustainability of water supply and sanitation (WSS) services in 16 of Azerbaijan’s regional (rayon) centers. The project is intended to provide better infrastructure services of the secondary towns and cities in order to improve living conditions, reduce poverty and support local economic growth.
