The overall objective of the project of which this contract will be a part is as follows:
•To advance implementation of visa liberalisation roadmap by improvingTurkey’s legal and administrative framework in Home Affairs in line with the EUacquis and EU standards.
•To provide site supervision and contract management services as theEngineer, for the Works Contracts under “Construction of Removal Centres forthe Effective Implementation of the EU – Turkey Readmission Agreement”project to be executed under FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction(Red FIDIC Book, First Edition, 1999) in terms of quality, time and cost.

•Reviewing As-Built drawings and approval

•Ensuring mechanical and electrical tests are performed
